Our goal is to facilitate a seamless experience for customers to discover, engage, and collaborate with SPs based on their unique requirements, preferences, and project specifications.
b) As a trusted intermediary, Hyndu Properties ensures smooth project execution by assisting customers in finalizing agreements with SPs. Once the contract is executed, we provide ongoing support by meticulously tracking project progress and milestones, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, and facilitating effective communication between customers and SPs.
c) Our platform serves as a centralized marketplace for businesses (B2B) to source high-quality building materials from accredited suppliers. Through our dedicated Supply Chain Management (SCM) team, we streamline the sourcing, procurement, and delivery of construction materials to registered businesses.
d) While our platform primarily caters to businesses (B2B) for the supply of construction materials, we are committed to enhancing the overall customer experience. We provide access to a network of verified SPs for various construction needs, ensuring reliability and satisfaction for every project.
Accessing and Using Our Site and Services
a) Initiating Service: By creating your account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. We may send important notices to your registered email address, and it is your responsibility to ensure its accuracy and validity.
b) Restrictions: You agree not to modify, copy, or reproduce our services, reverse engineer our software, or engage in any unlawful activities while using our platform. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
c) Charges: The use of our services may result in charges for products or services provided by both SPs and Hyndu Properties. You will be informed of all charges before proceeding with any transactions, including applicable taxes.
d) Payment: Payments for charges are due immediately upon the provision of services. Payments are final and non-refundable, and Hyndu Properties merely facilitates transactions between you and SPs.
Provision of Services
a) Technical Support: We provide standard technical support to assist users with any queries or issues. Hyndu Properties acts as a facilitator, connecting registered users (SPs and End Customers) to ensure seamless service provision and payment processing.
b) Content Guidelines: Users are prohibited from uploading any illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or objectionable content on our platform. We reserve the right to delete accounts and content violating our guidelines.

Account Information
a) Transaction Records: We may upload transaction information related to customer transactions on our platform. This information may be exchanged between SPs and customers through various communication channels.
b) Customer Consent: We seek explicit consent from customers before recording transaction information and using it for improving our services. Customers have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
Your Responsibilities
a) Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update any changes. We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.
b) Compliance: Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You must cooperate with Hyndu Properties in any legal proceedings arising from your use of our services.
c) Backup: While we provide regular backups of transaction information, users are advised to independently save and archive important data.
d) Prohibited Activities: Users must refrain from engaging in any unlawful activities, including copyright infringement, transmission of harmful content, or violation of applicable laws.
Our Intellectual Property
a) Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in our platform and services are owned or licensed by Hyndu Properties. Users are granted a limited license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

a) Duration: These Terms shall remain in effect until terminated as per the provisions herein.
b) Termination: We reserve the right to terminate user access to our services for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, users must cease using our services, and any outstanding payments become due immediately.
Disclaimers and Warranties
a) Service Usage: Your use of our services is at your own risk. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of services provided by SPs. While we strive to ensure SP compliance, we do not assume responsibility for their qualifications or performance.
b) Third-Party Interactions: Any interactions with third-party organizations or individuals found on our platform are solely between you and the third party. We are not liable for any disputes or damages arising from such interactions.
c) Platform Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services. Users acknowledge that our platform may experience technical issues beyond our control.
d) Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyndu Properties, its affiliates, and related parties disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Hyndu Properties, its affiliates, and related parties harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.
Consent to Use Data
a) Privacy Policy: By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality
a) Confidentiality: Users agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained through our services and authorize us to contact them for promotional activities.
b) Warranties: We provide a 5-year structural warranty for construction projects, subject to the terms outlined in our Master Agreements. However, Hyndu Properties does not provide warranties for structural defects arising from construction or other reasons.
